Upon arrival, we experienced a few hiccups, but the staff swiftly resolved the issues with great kindness and efficiency. the location was convenient, but the breakfast could have been better stocked. the beds were comfortable, and the customer service was exceptional, especially from the front desk gentleman. the pet-friendly policy is a plus, but the unexpected fees were a downside. the hotel offers a range of amenities and has easy access to local universities and attractions. the Western heritage theme adds charm to the relaxing Yukon retreat.
